Track 3: From reading some of the twelfth-century manuscripts he speaks about the strict life and the kind of foodstuffs available to them. Track 4: The travelling and health of these men, and the difficulties they had to overcome. Track 5: A manuscript, which was written in 1170 and which originated in Switzerland.
