Leo Quinlan, son of the late Commandant Pat Quinlan, joined the Irish Army Cadets at the age of 17, and served for 20 years. Leo kept his father’s records and his General Orders Book. The recording relates to Leo’s memories of his father, information relating to the Battle of Jadotville which he compiled, and the history of the Quinlan family of Waterville, where this recording was made.
