Track 1: Her background in Tullamore and memories of her father, Vincent, who was chairman of Tullamore Dew. Her family home in Charleville Road and her subsequent homes over the years. Track 2: Her interest in horses from an early age and hunting with the Westmeath; her show jumping years. Track 3: Keeping the horses at the stables in the distillery and also behind the Head Office of the company. The draught horses which were utilised by the distillery during the Emergency years. Track 4: Memories of the war years – the turf dust used for horses’ bedding. The grain stores, the employment provided in the locality by the distillery, the challenge of communications during those difficult years. Track 5: Reminiscences of her father, Vincent, a popular man among his staff. Track 6: Fond memories of Wally, her first pony, who was called after Wallis Simpson!
