Brother Charles Quinn’s father emigrated from Ennistymon at the turn of the last century, and in 1923 returned there. Brother Charles recalls his memories of growing up in Ennistymon, joining the Christian Brothers and emigrating to New York State in 1949. He is past president and dean of Iona College, New York, United States of America.
