Eddie Power went to school at St James’s, Dimnagh, and became a member of the Boy Scouts. He speaks of his experience with the organisation. He worked for Premier Dairies for eight years and in his seventies he worked as a taxi driver. He gives a great account of the ups and downs experienced by taxi drivers at that time. He also recalls the entertainment to be enjoyed and the great ballad pubs of the seventies and eighties.
