Track 1: Growing up in Killarney, Co Kerry in the 1930s and 1940s. He discusses his education and joining the Columbans in 1954. Track 2: His first mission to Mindanao beginning in 1961. Learning the language and the challenges of working in a large parish of 120,000 people in Iligan city. Track 3: In 1967 went to Ozamis city. Martial law, and the period up to the revolution. Track 4: Back to Ireland in 1972 to join Trocaire, with Bishop Eamon Casey. Track 5: Returned to the Philippines, to Iligan city, as Parish Priest there. He became District Superior. He moved to Manila, to become Vice-Director of the region. Track 6: Return to Ireland in 1996, and new role of Education Officer for the Society of St Columban, travelling to many countries
