Track 1: Growing up in Armagh city in the 1920s and 1930s, a detailed account of the place and his parents’ experiences in the 1916-1922 period. Joining the Columban Fathers in 1949. Track 2: The journey to Tokyo in 1957, the difficulties he had in learning the language, work as a parish chaplain, teaching religion, and the great work the nuns were doing out there. Track 3: Return home in 1963, for a short holiday. Return to Japan, the role of the Church there at that time. He gives an overview of his missionary work in Japan from 1957 to 2005.
