Track 1: Henry talks about his background growing up in the 1930s and 1940s in Blackrock, Cork, his work with the County Council as a civil engineer, and his introduction to the theatre. Track 2: His time in the engineering department in Ford’s factory, Cork. Track 3: The beginning of the Gilbert and Sullivan shows in Cork, inspired by Brother Fitzpatrick and John Daly. Track 4: A discussion on his time with the Southern Theatre Group, its beginnings and its later name change to the Theatre of the South. Track 5: Anecdotal stories relating to James Stack. Track 6: A discussion on the musical societies in Cork. Henry met his future wife Angela Sisk, when they were both acting in the Gilbert and Sullivan shows.
