Jerry is a native of Kilcummin, just outside Killarney. High up overlooking the town with the McGillycuddy Reeks in the background, we spoke about St. Cummion whilst touring the grounds of the church and graveyard, and about other local traditions. Jerry worked in St Finan’s Hospital for forty years. He describes his work there from the 1940s onwards.
