This recording was made in the home of John Flanagan who is now retired from his work with the County Council and with Tullamore Dew. He spoke about his time working in administration in the maltings section of the distillery and described in great detail the work which was carried out in the premises. He recalled the Williams family and the great loss to the town when the distillery closed down. John went on to work with the County Council and retired some years later.
