Larry Reilly was born in the townland of Dromone where many generations of the Reilly family have lived and served as sacristans in the local church. He recalls the various priests who served there and their contributions to the area and its inhabitants. Larry was also involved in the building trade and worked a small farm. He discuses the local pastimes, entertainments, sports and the wonderful prehistoric area around Loughcrew, and Sliabh na Caillighe. He also provides valuable information on the history of the Parochial House and the parish church.
