Track 1. Michael Fleming provides more detail about the Troubles in Kerry and the followed years, and mentions the local dance hall, the Blueshirts, and the memories which still lived of events of earlier conflicts. The involvement of his two aunts in Cumann na mBan is mentioned and he explains that their involvement provided him with a more personal sense of what was taking place. Track 2. Some old family photographs are produced, and details are given of family members and ancestors and of their lives. He recalls his rearing of Kerry cows, and a scheme by the Department of Agriculture to distribute bulls to the west of Ireland. Finally, the playing of two tunes on the melodian including polkas and the hornpipe, taught him by his mother.
