A two-part recording from a 300-year old mud cabin. The Doody home is now a monument to the Doodys of the Monagay area, which provided a perfect setting for Mick’s memories and stories. During my second visit, Mick was joined by Tim Mulcahy and David Hough.

Keywords: mud cabin, vernacular architecture, ancestral, recollections of country life,  landscape, folklore
