Track 1: Growing up in Knocknagree, Co. Cork. Her postulant years, she was professed in 1949. Track 2: The journey to Nigeria in 1953. Her destination was Kaduna. Her teaching at a teacher training college there. Track 3: The changes, the challenges and her experiences between 1953 and 1957. Track 4: Her second appointment to Asaba. Difficult time, due to the coup of 1966. The distribution of food. The takeover by a Nigerian principal at the school. Track 5: Her mission to Ghana for four years from 1981. Her return home in 2000 after 47 years missionary work.
