Track 1: Growing up in Mohill, Co Roscommon, in the 1930s and 1940s. Joining the Kiltegan Fathers, formation time and ordination in 1962. Track 2: First appointment to Nigeria in 1963. Assignment to Ogoja Diocese. His own teaching, as Western education first spread throughout Nigeria. Track 3: He describes genocides of the start of the 1967 Civil War in his compound, and discusses the different areas of his Diocese. Track 4: After a short time at home, he was re-appointed to Nigeria in 1969. He describes his involvement in the building of schools and the changes in students’ behaviour following the Civil War Track 5: Moving to a remote part of the diocese and working with local tribes deep in the bush. In 1999 he was assigned to Lagos Archdiocese, returning in 2010.
