Track 1: Growing up in Wexford Town in the 1940s and 50s and joining the Christian Brothers. First appointment teaching in the Monastery in Tralee and his experiences there before he was appointed to Zambia in 1967. Track 2: His assignment to Mozabuka and being a boarding school master. He also speaks about devising teaching methods, diversifying the syllabus. He discusses the slave trade. Track 3: The cultural differences between the tribes. Assignment to Mufulira in 1987, where he remained for 13 years. His time teaching in a technical school in Murundu. Track 4: From 1999 his work with AIDS orphans in community schools until he retired in 2009.
