Brendan O’Sullivan grew up in the parish of Bonane, Co Kerry, a place I have often passed on the road to Glengarriff from Kenmare – never realising the treasures it held. There is much evidence of pre-Celtic remains hidden in the parish and to unearth some of these ancient places, I spoke to Brendan who gave willingly of his time and knowledge during our tour.
