Track 1: He talks about growing up in Askeaton, Co Limerick in the 1930s and 40s. Joining the Presentation Brothers in 1945. After being professed he was assigned to teach in Presentation College, Cork. Track 2: A background to the Presentation Brothers’ Mission in the Caribbean/West Indies. His own appointment to the Caribbean in 1959. His teaching years on being assigned to Trinidad, teaching science and organising games. Track 3: He discusses the colonial rule in the country up to independence in 1962, and the changes he witnessed in Trinidad. The promoting of stage plays and music in the villages. Track 4: Returning to do a doctorate and working in England for three years, before being elected to the Congregation leadership team (1981 – 1993).
