Track 1: Growing up in Fermanagh in the 1940s and 50s. Attending Presentation Brothers Juniorate in Cork from the age of 14. Joining the Presentation Brothers in Cork. Attending a teacher training college, doing a high diploma at university and teaching in primary schools around Ireland. Track 2: First appointment to Ghana in 1971. Assignment to Navrongo in the Upper West Region. His time there in teacher training and development. Track 3: While still in the diocese of Navrongo and Bolgatanga, his involvement in a project for the sinking of boreholes. Moving to Yendi in 2003 and then taking up the post of secretary to local Bishop Vincent Boi-Nai (SVD) for six years. Writing a history of missionary work in Ghana over the last 100 years. Track 4: His involvement in an Alcoholics Anonymous programme. Track 5: The changes he witnessed over 40 years of missionary work in Ghana. He continues his work there.
