Track 1: He grew up in Caherciveen, Co Kerry in the 1920s and 30s and joined the Christian Brothers. He gives a detailed historical account of missionary work. Track 2: Appointment to teach in a technical school in Cork. He discusses his time teaching there and in Dublin over the decades. Track 3: Appointment in 1973 to Zambia. Assignment to Choma. He discusses the expanding of a vocational training school there, and its management. Track 4: The challenges he faced in the handing over of the school to the Board of Management and the Zambians. Track 5: Setting up a Community School. Appointment as Local Area Co-ordinator for the Christian Brothers, returning to Ireland in 2006.
