Track 2: His decision fifty years ago to buy Rathfeale Stud in Co. Meath, which was originally owned by Reggie Walker, who was also a trainer. Track 3: The skills required to run a successful business, and the focus and passion which he brought to the thoroughbred horse racing industry. Retirement in 1987 and passing on the business to the next generation of his family.
