Track 1: Growing up in Timoleague, Co Cork in the 1930s and 40s. He discusses his joining the Mill Hill Fathers. After ordination in 1961 he was appointed to Uganda. Track 2: His first mission was to Usuku. He describes the conditions, challenges and pastoral work there. Opening new missions and teaching in the seminary. Track 3: His appointment to teach in Soroti Diocese. His promotional work in the USA in 1977. Track 4: His appointment to Tororo in Uganda in 1984. He discusses the growth of the Church there. He talks about his pastoral work in different locations in Kenya, and setting up a new pastoral care programme for secondary schools. His great health problems with Malaria. His reasons for returning in 1999.
