The injustices due to Martial Law and the political situation in his area. He discusses the renovation of the local church. Track 4: Appointment as parish priest on the outskirts of Manila. The resistance to Martial law. In 1991 his appointment to do a course in California, before re-assignment to the Philippines to a city parish, where he is still working.
