Track 1: Growing up in Dunmore, Co Galway in the 1950s and 60s. Joining the Columban Fathers and life as a seminarian. Track 2: Appointment to the Philippines in 1973. New ideas in theology post-Vatican II. His time adjusting to the place and language. Track 3: After a break in 1978, he was re-assigned to Mindanao. The injustices due to Martial Law and the political situation in his area. He discusses the renovation of the local church. Track 4: Appointment as parish priest on the outskirts of Manila. The resistance to Martial law. In 1991 his appointment to do a course in California, before re-assignment to the Philippines to a city parish, where he is still working.
