Mairtín McCullough grew up in the atmosphere of the family’s music business, a business which he later took over from his father. In this recording he speaks about his passion for opera, and of his Wexford connections. From the very beginning, he has attended all the Festivals through the years, and he became a member of the Wexford Opera Council in the late sixties. He was responsible for the organisation of the Opera Train from Dublin to Wexford. He also speaks in great detail about his childhood years growing up in Ranelagh.
