Born in Rosconroe in the parish of Kinnitty 1907. Her school principal was Margaret Bergin. She worked for the late Michael and Julia O’Meara on Rosemary Str. Roscrea 1923 – 1938. She married Dennis Doorley of Ballincor. Her interests were current affairs, quizzes, politics and poetry. She had a great memory of the Offaly Hurling team.
