Padraig Begley is 95 years old and from Ballinasare, Annascaul, Co Kerry close to the South Pole Inn, once owned by Tom Crean, who travelled with Shackleton to the South Pole. Paddy recalls many of the local traditions and a very interesting story is told about Tom Crean.
