Track 1: In 1973 the transition of the staff in the hospital from being administered by St Louis Sisters to local administration. Track 2: At this time the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ghana was setting up a Catholic Health Secretariat at national level. Sr. Ancilla was invited to take charge of this. To assist her in this venture Dr. Terry Waite was employed. Together they supervised Catholic Mission Clinics all over the country. Track 3: Moving again with two other sisters to Oku, a remote semi-desert area in the north of Ghana. In 1995 her time living as a hermit until she returned to Northern Ireland in 1998.
