Track 1: Growing up in Mullingar in the 1940s and 50s. Her background, her education, and joining the Presentation Congregation in 1963. After her profession in 1969, she taught for ten years in Mullingar. Track 2: Her first appointment in 1978 to Zambia. Assignment to Kasiya, in the Southern Province. She recalls her first impressions, and discusses her catechetical and pastoral work. Track 3: Her time learning the Tonga language. She describes the logistics of travelling great distances to out-stations, and discusses the purpose of her mission. Track 4: In 1986, re-assignment to Pemba, close to Kasiya. She spoke about the challenges of opening a new mission house there. Her work teaching novices, and her pastoral work are described. Track 5: Re-assignment to Kalomo in 1993, taking on the Zambian postulant girls, and working with them until she returned in 1995. In Ireland she spent ten years teaching, as the last Presentation Sister in the Portlaoise school, before returning to Mullingar.
