Track 1: Growing up in Cork city in the 1930s and 1940s, her education, and her decision to join the Sisters of Charity. She was Principal for two years in a small school at Foxford, Co Mayo. Track 2: Her mission to Rhodesia in 1961, when it was still a colony. She worked there for six and a half years, and describes the remoteness of the mission. Track 3: She details the transition from colonial rule to independence, and her mission in Roma Girls School, Lusaka where she taught, working with Sr Joseph Helen Cunningham, one of the pioneers. She returned to Ireland on leave in 1980, having spent 19 years in Zambia. After a year she was missioned to Venezuela where she spent nine years.
