Track 1: Growing up in the 1930s and 40s in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo and Gibbstown, Co Meath. Joining the Daughters of Charity in 1958. Her time nursing in England after the novitiate. Track 2: Appointment to Nigeria in the 1970s. Assigned to different areas during her 30 years missionary work. Track 3: Working with the migrant people after the war years, and describing their resettlement and the outbreak of cholera. Track 4: Moving to Ogoniland, she tells of water shortages and how she improved the quality of life there. Track 5: Setting up a HIV/AIDS programme and a house for displaced people who were destitute and had a mental illness.
