Track 1: Growing up in Limerick city in the 1940s and 1950s. His formation years after joining the Redemptorists. Spending three and a half years as a student in Bangalore, India. Track 2: His first appointment in 1966 to Calcutta, and a description of his ministry there over the years. Track 3: The changes within his religious community in India after Vatican II. He mentions the other locations in India he served in until 1975. Track 4: His second appointment to Nigeria. He describes that mission and returning to Ireland in 1995, where he was later assigned to Cork. Track 5: While walking around the grounds of Scala Bessboro, he analyses his work abroad.
