Track 1: Growing up in Dublin in the 1940s and 50s. In 1968 she visited Kenya to work with the Legion of Mary group, and she also worked with the Knights of Columbanus in Dublin for 12 years before going on her mission to Kenya. Track 2: Joining the Viatores Christi and training with them before returning to the same area as before in Kenya (Eldoret). Appointed secretary to work with Bishop Houlihan, a Kiltegan Father, for two years. She describes the difficulties in that position. Track 3: Moving to Nairobi. Appointed secretary to a Mill Hill Father Bishop in Ngong. She describes the progress of pastoral work with tribal people over the years including the Masai tribe. Track 4: Returning in 1978 to Ireland to work as secretary in the education department of the Archdiocese of Dublin for two years. Track 5: In 1981 she was assigned to work in a women’s programme in Turkana, Kenya, during the famine. She returned to Ireland in 1992.
