Track 1: Irene Walsh’s paternal family, the Stacks, were estate managers at Castlehyde since her great grandfather’s time, and she recalls her memories of earlier times. Track 2: Irene Walsh discusses the leasing of Deerpark from the Beechers by her grandfather, the house in which she lives today. She also recalls her mother who worked for Anthony Carroll Solicitors in Fermoy. Track 3: The billeting of Castlehyde by the Army during World War II is discussed.
