Pat Collins is Town Clerk in Wexford Town. He is a native of Wexford, and a Festival volunteer since the 1980s. In this recording he points out that the Opera Festival is a model to be followed, and he details his views on the professionalism associated with the Festival, the core staff, and the Council’s contribution. He speaks about the positioning of the new Opera House which is to be completed for the 2008 event.
